Xerceo Infuse 4.1 is the enterprise ready evolution of Xerceo's orginial SCORM compliant learning management system - Xerceo Infuse 3.1 but now with automated course recomendation/ knowledge management, new/ faster learner interface as well as built in e-commerce functions and instant private community set-up with the option to immediately be charged by user or to buy courses individually and provision them to your group. Xerceo Infuse 4.1 has improved course authoring collaboration, rating, commenting of all training along with threaded discussions and individual profiles for exchanging ideas and posing questions to colleagues and experts. From the learning content side, it's even easier to take a wiki, web site, blog of discussion URL and turn it/ blend it into a SCORM compliant course and add an assessment. Xerceo Infuse 4.1 has also been optimized for a number of big name authoring tools so uploading and working with courses built with Articulate, Lectora and by Adobe products is even easier. 

Trainingatom is a public community of Xerceo Infuse 4.1. It has all the same LMS and social/ collaboration features but is a public network for learners, trainers, subject matter experts, instructional designers and really anyone wishing to buy and sell training. It uses all the knowledge management/ collective intelligence capabilities of Xerceo Infuse 4.1 to automate recommendation of content/ training to learners based on previous activities, interests, tags, ratings and  most popular training by category. In this way learners find relevent learning fast, the authors/ sellers get more credibility and make money in the process. The pricing is unique:  charging by course taken with the authors being paid 75% of whatever they charge minus a $1.50 fee per course that is taken. There's no charge to create a private community/ storefront, build or upload courses (200 MB of storage free, 1 GB for every $10 spent / or sold per month or pay $0.50 for every additional GB per month) or to run reports, and brand your private community for the world to see. You're charged once others take/ see your courses or based on each user who logs in to your community.
