 Sign-up for either Xerceo Infuse Team or Enterprise edition learning community and simply price your course or event for $20.00 or more and you will get 75% of each sale with users able to take it as often as they like for 12 months. We take care of all the eCommerce, administration, records, tracking as well as reports on all your sales activity. Sign-up.

Buy courses

 Simply log into trainingatom.com, select a course or category and press either "launch" or "Add to my community". From either Xerceo Infuse Enterprise or Team edition, you will then be prompted to pay for the course if you wish to take it immediately or assign to others.  Sign-up.

We pay you every week.

If you choose to sell your training courses or instructor led events or assessment or survey, we tally you sales and pay you your proceeds to you every week.

Currency Conversion

All courses and events are listed on TrainingAtom.com in U.S. dollars. Currency conversion is handled automatically by our payment processing service. In future versions of Xerceo Infuse and TrainingAtom.com we will enable courses and events to be listed in many currencies.

How long does a student have from signing up for a course/ event to cancel her/his registration and still receive a refund?

For a course, due to modern copying technologies and respect for our member course authors we don't give a refund once the course is started. For an event, their fee will be refunded if they drop the event at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.

$7 per user with a 12 month commitment? Does that mean a user can access as many courses per month as they like? Are there discounts for larger groups. What if I only want access for a month or two?

Yes! As many courses as they like. If you sign up more than 200 users, each additional user you sign up at the same time will be $4. The per user price drops much more the higher your user count upon signing up. Month to month per user access without the 12 month commitment starts at $30 per month.

Does support come with my Xerceo Infuse account?

When you create a new community and either buy training (Pay per play) or add one or more users (Pay per user) we include phone and online (email/ chat) support with guaranteed response within the same business day.

How much do you charge for setup? What about Microsoft Active Directory integration and tie-in to our HR system?

There is no charge for setup. If you would like us to add Microsoft Active Directory/ HRMS (e.g Peoplesoft) integration we typically take only a few days. We've done this a lot.

What about storage and bandwidth costs? How much do you charge and what is included initially with my Xerceo Infuse /TrainingAtom.com account?

Each account is provisioned an initial amount of storage  with the following fees for each type of account:

Pay per user:  An included 1 Gigabyte per user/ $0.50 for each additional 1 GB per month. 

Sell courses:  200 MB with no account activity, 1 additional Gigabyte of storage for every $10 of transactions per month. e.g: You have $40 in purchases from buyers for your training or you have provisioned $40 worth of courses to your team, you will have 4 X 1 GB + 200 MB or 4.2 GB for that month. Or you can purchase $0.50/ month for each additional 1 GB of storage.

What happens if I have an old course that's a real dog? Can you fix it? Can you build new course ware for us from our existing videos, audio, images or build something from scratch?

Yes to all of the above! For an existing SCORM course, many times its a small SCORM setting that only takes a few minutes to correct. For bigger projects we have on staff instructional designers and SCORM experts to build from scratch, use existing materials or repair your existing courseware.

What if I decide after uploading my courseware, assessment or survey or I have built a course using Xerceo Infuse / TrainingAtom.com to export it to another LMS/ LCMS? How much does that cost?

Nothing. If you are already a pay per user customer you can export your imported or created courses, surveys and assessment anytime. You can also access all your student records and tracking data at no charge any time using our reports.
