Tim Seager - Chief Executive Officer

Tim has learned the most important way to success for a web app is that people find it both useful and easy to use with no training. In his position as CEO of Xerceo Inc, Tim is responsible for overseeing Xerceo's market direction, strategy and growth. Over 5 years Xerceo has gained hundreds of thousands of learners in 5 languages with such clients as Aegon, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, BP, Nokia and many others. Previously Tim held roles as VP of Marketing / business consultant for the Dante Group (bought by WebMethods, later to become a subsidiary of Software AG).

Tim has a deep interest in the human element of training; to deliver and capture training and knowledge in the easiest manner possible for everyone. Tim has been tapped to speak at various training and eLearning events as a result. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley

Nitin Ramamurthy - Vice President of Product Development

Nitin is responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of Xerceo’s products as well as leading all development efforts at Xerceo. Nitin also co-developed our Xerceo’s flagship offering, Xerceo Infuse. Prior to joining Xerceo, Nitin was also a Senior Multimedia Courseware Developer and Team Lead with Element K and Sify as well as with BEA Systems (now Oracle) as a Software Engineer.

Nitin holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Madras University. Nitin is a contributer to cloud computing open source projects such as Apache Hadoop as well as Tibco General Interface.
